Why Have I not received my Product Yet ?

Some products have longer expected delivery date.  Please check the expected delivery date of the product you have ordered on our website. If we anticipate  a delay in shipping your product/s over and above the time mentioned, we will send you an email or call you to inform about the same.

Also, sometimes the shipping company takes longer than expected to deliver a package during due to certain conditions like Public Holidays, Natural Calamities, etc.. If you have received a tracking number and your product is not being delivered please inform us via email / whatsapp / call so that we can expedite the delivery.


Do you give an option to Customise the products ?

We can Customise our products to suit your Requirement, but we will need a minimum order quantity for the same. Get in touch with us at to understand your requirement.

Do you offer “Free Shipping” ?

Currently “Free Shipping” is offered only for orders to be delivered within India.

(*) Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for our Indian Customers only. Currently we accept COD in most cities in India. If COD is not acceptable in your city, we will intimate the same to you.

(#) PayPal is accepted for Customers outside India only. When Indian Customers try to place an order using PayPal, their transaction will not go through and they would have to try again using another payment mode.
