Exchange & Return Policy

EXCHANGES

We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items to us within 7 days of delivery to get a Store Credit worth your Purchase Value.

Just Email us on shop@tattva.co with details about your purchase and reason for Exchange and we will take care of the rest.

We offer free and easy returns through courier pickup; you do not have to bear any courier shipping charges for returns.

Note:

*Items can be exchanged only if the product is unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags.

*Your one time use Store Credit is valid for a Period of 90 days.

*Value of your ‘Store Credit’ will have to be redeemed in a single transaction. We would be unable to offer you partial use of your ‘Store Credit’.

*Any customized product (made specifically as per your requirement) is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

*We would be unable to exchange products purchased using ‘Store Credit’.

*Acceptance of Exchange Request is at the Sole Discretion of ‘YG Fashion’.

* In case of returns for International shipment we do not offer courier pickup. Customer has to ship it to our office in India. Once we receive the product we will send your store credit voucher. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.

* Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:

If you have received our product in a damaged condition or with a Manufacturing Defect, kindly notify the same to us on shop@tattva.co within 7 days from the date of delivery with the details and the condition of your purchase.

We would get the same collected through courier pickup and upon inspection will notify you about the approval of your Refund/Replacement.

We offer free and easy returns through courier pickup; you do not have to bear any courier shipping charges for returns.

Once confirmed we will try and replace your purchase at the earliest.

Incase the product which has to be replaced is out of stock we would offer you a full refund of your purchase value.
